Booking conditions

1. Usually, the following booking conditions are used.

If the cottage owner has additional conditions, they will be sent with the invoice.

2. The owner is responsible for all cottage information published on the respective cottage page.

3. The invoice will be sent after confirmation by the owner.

    - The booking fee must be paid within 3 days. The paid booking fee will not be refunded.

    - Final payment is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

4. Cancellation:

    - The final payment will be refunded if any cancellation occurs 42 days before arrival.

    - Later cancellations are non-refundable.

    - The refund will be refunded no later than 7 days prior to arrival, if the client himself or a person living with him / her in a co-household becomes ill, accidental or dies. In this case, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid except for the advance payment and the possible delivery fee. The cancellation must be notified immediately to the caretaker and must be proven reliably, eg by a medical certificate.

The reservasion  made after 6.4 cannot be rescheduled due to an epidemic
